Job summary

MID WALES MANUFACTURING GROUP is seeking a proactive sales support assistant to help grow and administer our US distribution network from our Newtown head office. You will handle outbound outreach, appointment coordination, CRM data upkeep, and partner onboarding to drive qualified opportunities.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators, highly organised, and comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, telesales, customer service or administration is desirable.
• Confident communicator with strong telephone manner.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective partners to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Channel Development Manager.
• Maintain records of partner interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Support onboarding: documentation, agreement administration, system access.
• Follow up with prospects to drive engagement through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales presentations, partner packs, reports and business updates.
• Provide admin support to the channel sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
