Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join a busy parts operation. You will administer stock control for vans and site workshops, process parts orders, assist with parts identification and warranty, and support deliveries, with 40 hours per week between 08:00 and 16:30.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service to internal teams and external customers. The position offers up to £32,000 per annum DOE and a hands-on environment for those who value variety and

Qualifications

• Proven administration and customer service experience in a workshop or parts setting.
• Knowledge of HGV, waste industry, or service centre environments is a bonus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer stock control for vans, site workshops, and contracts.
• Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with parts identification and warranty/returns processing.
• Support the team with customer orders, backorders, and special deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with audits and stock checks.
• Operate within company guidelines and procedures.
