The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing stock levels, and supporting workshop operations to minimise downtime. A Full UK driving licence and solid parts sales experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply commercial vehicle parts to workshop and retail customers.
• Provide professional advice regarding parts and product requirements.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, orders, and invoicing efficiently.
• Source parts from manufacturers and approved suppliers.
• Monitor and manage parts deliveries to ensure punctuality.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and support stock control processes.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Support workshop operations to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Identify upselling opportunities to increase parts sales.
• Check part availability and vehicle details in the DMS.
