• Coordinate despatch activities and stock movements

• Arrange and manage stock despatches
• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries
• Provide stock availability and order updates to customers
• Handle incoming emails promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date
