Job summary

Confidential in New Milton is seeking an organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team. The role involves handling inbound sales enquiries, building customer relationships, and driving proactive sales opportunities.

Working Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with onsite parking and a pension contribution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in sales administration or customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial internal sales or sales administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage customer enquiries and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information to progress potential sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure enquiries are recorded accurately and followed through to the appropriate next stage.
• Revisit previous enquiries and correspondence to identify opportunities that may not have progressed initially.
• Maintain regular communication with potential customers through calls and emails.
• Prepare engaging follow-up emails to generate interest and discussions.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns to generate new enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer responses, enquiries and campaign performance.
• Support email marketing and customer communication initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer information, enquiry records, and sales data.
