Dovetail Recruitment Ltd in New Milton is seeking an organized Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business. You will handle inbound enquiries, build customer relationships, and proactively identify sales opportunities.

The role is based on-site, Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with onsite parking, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and a pension scheme. A strong focus on communication, accuracy, and CRM/system use is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Managing incoming sales enquiries via telephone, email and other channels
• Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Understanding customer requirements and providing information to progress sales
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Ensuring enquiries are recorded accurately and followed through to next stage
• Revisiting previous enquiries to identify missed opportunities
• Maintaining regular communication with potential customers via phone and emails
• Preparing follow-up emails to generate interest
• Assisting with marketing campaigns to generate new enquiries and sales opportunities
• Providing feedback to marketing on customer responses and campaign performance
• Supporting email marketing and customer communication initiatives
• Maintaining accurate customer information, enquiry records, and sales data
