Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established business in the windows and doors sector, seeking an experienced Installation Administrator for their team in Stowmarket.

You will coordinate installation projects from start to finish, supporting installation teams, customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery, accurate records and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

Experience in Installation Administrator, Installation Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or similar
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple installation schedules
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration of the installation department.
Coordinate installation schedules and allocate work to fitting teams.
Liaise with installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, providing updates and resolving queries.
Liaise with internal departments, including sales and surveying, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Maintain accurate installation records, schedules and documentation.
Monitor installation progress and assist with resolutions to minimise delays.
Process installation paperwork and update internal systems.
