Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Installation Manager to join their team in Stowmarket. This role involves coordinating installation projects from start to finish and overseeing the administration of the installation process.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and customer-focused, working closely with installation teams, customers and internal departments to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Installation Manager or related role.
• Experience in windows/doors/fenestration/home improvement.
• Strong organisational and planning skills for multiple installations.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficiency with IT, scheduling or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the installation department.
• Coordinate installation schedules and allocate work to fitting teams.
• Work with installation teams to deliver on time and high standards.
• Act as main point of contact for customers during installation.
• Liaise with sales and surveying to ensure seamless journey.
• Maintain installation records and documentation.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to minimise delays.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout installations.
