Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a CCTV Controller to operate the CCTV system and related security platforms, ensuring proactive monitoring and accurate incident escalation on site.

You will document activities, maintain logs, and follow incident procedures while coordinating with the Security Manager. A valid SIA CCTV license and ACT awareness are required, along with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear, accurate communication and transmission of information
• Follow the correct escalation process for incidents, maintaining running logs
• Effectively deploy security resources to handle incidents
• Proactively operate the CCTV system, conduct daily site activity risk assessments, maintain CCTV records
• Operate the fire alarm system, PA, VMS, alarms, BMS, ANPR, radio and phones
• Execute emergency procedures per Incident and Emergency Plan
• Document complaints, incidents involving possible criminal activity, and daily activities accurately and thoroughly
