Job summary

Sodexo is hiring for a Security Officer to protect a busy site in the United Kingdom. You will monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA Frontline licence, have good IT skills and communicate clearly with colleagues and managers. The role requires flexibility and a professional, proactive approach to security operations.

Qualifications

• SIA Frontline licence required.
• Experience with CCTV and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site security systems including CCTV and radio.
• Maintain accurate security records and incident reports.
• Respond to requests for assistance and escalate as needed.
• Liaise with colleagues, customers and authorities.
• Communicate incidents clearly to Security Supervisor and management.
• Provide professional customer service on site.
• Work flexibly and undertake additional duties as required.
