Kraken is seeking a Manager of Pro Trading & Derivatives Communications to lead and grow communications programs that support our product strategy for professional traders, derivatives users, and institutions globally.

You will develop integrated external communications, expand our thought leadership, and build a strong network of spokespeople across executive, product and segment levels while coordinating with partners, trading desks, and data providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years leading and executing communications programs.
• Crypto experience preferred.
• Outstanding writing, editing and communications strategy skills; able to translate complex topics.
• Experience working with executives and dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and scale communications teams.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and support communications programs aligned to Kraken's product strategy for pro trading, derivatives and institutions.
• Develop and execute an integrated external communications strategy across professional segments.
• Expand Kraken's thought leadership and storytelling for traders, asset managers and institutions.
• Build a bench of spokespeople for pro trading and derivatives at exec, product and segment levels.
• Prepare communications materials including announcements, talking points, media statements, pitches and briefs.
• Connect with institutional partners, trading desks, market data providers, agencies and the PR team.
• Apply social-first thinking to media relations and content aimed at professionals.
• Additional duties as assigned.
