Job summary

Kraken is seeking a seasoned crypto community manager to actively engage and grow a technical, skeptical audience across Discord, Telegram, X and Reddit. You will host AMAs, live sessions and product launches, shaping the community voice and linking feedback to product teams.

You’ll develop an ambassador program, foster trader relationships, and respond quickly to market events with clear, accurate information while maintaining Kraken’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to build and manage an ambassador/community program.

Responsibilities

• Run AMAs, live events, product launches, and community discussions.
• Own the ambassador and power-user program to engage high-volume traders.
• Provide fast, accurate updates to the product team and communicate outcomes back to the community.
• Grow and manage a trusted, engaged community around Kraken Pro and related products.
