As Regional Sales Manager, you will be expected to adopt a strategic and proactive approach to maximising all revenue streams into Glendola businesses. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive sales activity and clear communication. The role includes writing and executing annual sales plans and achieving budgeted targets for each business by generating revenue across all departments, including function spaces, food & beverage and coffee trade accounts.

You will also play a key role in supporting the Pro-Active Sales Manager based in Scotland, contributing to cross-regional initiatives and ensuring a consistent approach to sales strategy and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive outreach, local networking, and collaboration with venue teams. Identify and target new business opportunities, ensuring market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas are continually monitored.

Develop Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, event planners, and hospitality partners to maximise group bookings and private events.

Strategic Sales Planning: Create and implement annual sales plans tailored to each venue, aligning with overall business goals.

Market Representation : Act as a brand ambassador across the London area, representing Glendola venues at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Use tools like Design My Night to monitor performance, report on KPIs, and support strategy with actionable insights.

Organisation & Self-Motivation: Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will need to have a proven track record of a minimum of 3 years of outward bound, pro-active sales with results you can demonstrate.

Working Schedule: The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. However, flexibility is essential, as occasional weekend shifts may be required in line with business needs.
