The Seneye brand is now recognised globally and distributed in more than 20 countries worldwide. In addition to manufacturing retail, home aquarium products, Seneye Ltd.s commercial division installs sensor and monitoring devices in many of the nations Public Aquarium and Rivers.
In 2019, Seneye acquired a leading Aquatics distributor ITC and now represents a multitude of international brands in the UK market under the banner: Aquatic Now!
The Opportunity
Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for UK sales within the Retail Division. Working in line with the company objectives, you will be charged with developing and implementing the brand strategies in the UK market.
The Role
oNationwide field sales role representing the Aquatic Now product range
oDriving profitable sales to the UK Aquatics retail sector.
oStrengthening existing relationships and building strategic partnerships within the territory.
oEnsure the brands are represented and merchandised optimally in store.
oWinning new business opportunities within the UK retail aquatic sector from agreed distribution targets.
oBuild strategic plans to secure new accounts nationally.
oDeveloping and implementing sales strategies, account business plans that increase sales, distribution, and promotional activity across the Region.
oEvaluating performance & developing processes that drive sales.
oBudget responsibility for the Regions sales and profitability.
oCreating the annual sales budget in conjunction with the team.
oPreparation and management of the Regions sales forecast.
oOrganising trade shows and events.
oProvide key partner store product training.
oCross functional liaison with team members at HQ.
The Candidate
oYou will have a proven track-record in sales of consumer products selling in the B2B channel.
oKnowledge of the Aquatics or related Pet industry.
oA skilled Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit.
oYou will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver high level category presentation derived through market research, category, and competitor analysis.
oSkilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM).
oYour personal skills will include self-motivation, tenacity, energy together with a broad commercial understanding.
oDynamic communicator with proven influencing skills, able to overcome objections with suitable solutions.
oYou will have a high level of drive for success and a true desire to achieve exceptional results.
oAdopt a structured, organised approach to business with a keen eye for detail.
oStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, be results driven, analytical & creative.
oA good understanding of Social Media platforms and commercial applications.
oFull UK Drivers Licence a necessity.
