Spire Norwich Hospital is seeking a proactive Private Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for self-pay and insured patients. You will guide patients through their healthcare journey, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to treatment.

You will support enquiries, scheduling, quotations, and payments while collaborating with consultants and hospital teams to deliver outstanding patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling sensitive and complex conversations about healthcare.

Private Patient Coordinator | Norwich | Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday | 37.5 per week

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people access the healthcare they need?

At Spire Norwich Hospital, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Private Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting patients through important healthcare decisions, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

As the first point of contact for many of our self-pay and insured patients, you'll play a vital role in guiding them through their healthcare journey, providing expert support, clear information, and a seamless experience from enquiry through to treatment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting patients with enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Guiding self-pay and private medical insurance patients through their treatment options and pathways.
• Converting enquiries into appointments, diagnostics, and admissions through a consultative and patient-centred approach.
• Providing accurate quotations, booking appointments, and processing payments.
• Building strong relationships with consultants, medical secretaries, and hospital colleagues to ensure outstanding patient experiences.
• Supporting patients with financing options and helping them make informed decisions about their care.
• Using a range of digital systems and tools to manage enquiries effectively and efficiently.
