Spire Healthcare in Brentwood, Essex, is hiring full-time Patient Contact Centre Advisors to join our patient services team. You will work 37.5 hours per week, with induction training for two weeks followed by shifts from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
You will manage outpatient bookings, handle telephone enquiries, maintain diaries for clinics, and process referral letters and appointment letters, ensuring a courteous and efficient patient experience.
