Balthazar in Covent Garden, part of Caprice Restaurants, seeks a Private Dining Room Manager to oversee private events, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution.

The role requires coordinating with culinary and service teams, managing setup and breakdown, and maintaining health and safety standards. Availability Tue-Sat and during Christmas/New Year is essential.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of private events in the designated dining room.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private events.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private dining spaces.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and food hygiene.

3 Months Contract

40 hrs minimum

Tuesday-Saturday (must be available for Christmas and New Year)

Range of hourly rate (£21.60 -£23.19) based on NMW plus tronc

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our Private Dining Room. As the Private Dining Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of private events, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
