We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Head Bartender to support the Bar Manager in maintaining and raising standards across all aspects of drinks service. You'll lead drinks development, bringing fresh ideas to our cocktail offering, while motivating, training and developing the team to deliver consistently exceptional drinks and warm, confident hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a senior bartending role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for crafting unique and high-quality cocktails.
