Balthazar in Covent Garden, part of Caprice Holdings Ltd, seeks aHead Bartender to support the Bar Manager in elevating drinks standards. You will lead drinks development, craft innovative cocktails, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service with warm hospitality.

Lead by example in a fast-paced luxury environment, mentoring bartenders and coordinating with the kitchen to harmonize the overall guest experience. A passion for mixology and guest-centric service is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or senior bartending role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and passion for crafting high-quality cocktails.
• Leadership and team management skills.

We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Head Bartender to support the Bar Manager in maintaining and raising standards across all aspects of drinks service. You'll lead drinks development, bringing fresh ideas to our cocktail offering, while motivating, training and developing the team to deliver consistently exceptional drinks and warm, confident hospitality.
