Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance and how an Account Handler supports clients.
• Build confidence speaking with clients and understanding their individual insurance needs.
• Help the team manage communications with insurers and underwriters to find appropriate insurance solutions.
• Learn how to manage client enquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Learn how amendments to policies are managed and the renewals process.
• Develop relationships and provide a professional and personal service.
• Support with maintaining accurate client records.
