Job summary

Howden is offering a High Net-Worth Insurance Apprenticeship Programme in Amersham starting September 2027. The role combines on-the-job learning with an 18-month development programme, leading to a permanent position from day one.

You will join a structured induction and work within our Private Clients team to support high-value clients. No prior insurance experience needed; full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required; training provided.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance.
• Build confidence in speaking with clients and understanding needs.
• Help manage communications with insurers and underwriters.
• Learn to handle client enquiries and policy amendments and renewals.
• Develop relationships and provide professional service; maintain client records.
