Job summary

Howden is offering a High Net-Worth Insurance Apprenticeship Programme for Manchester, starting September 2027. You will join a permanent role while completing an 18-month development programme, with a structured induction and office-based requirements.

No prior insurance experience is needed and you’ll gain qualifications and real client exposure. You’ll learn about high net-worth motor and home insurance, build client relationships, and work with insurers to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required; training provided.
• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance.
• Assist clients with insurance needs and questions.
• Support with insurer and underwriter communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Participate in the 18-month development programme.
• Contribute to a professional, personal client service.
• Prepare for a permanent role from day one.
