Job summary

Howden offers the High Net-Worth Insurance Apprenticeship Programme 2027 in Manchester. You’ll join as a permanent employee from day one and complete an 18‑month development programme, earning £23,000 with a generous pension and ongoing professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience needed; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Eligible to work in the UK with residency in the UK for the last 3 years.
• Must have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Complete induction and join the Private Clients team.
• Learn foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance.
• Develop client relationships and handle enquiries.
• Coordinate with insurers and underwriters on appropriate solutions.
• Assist with policy renewals and maintaining client records.
