Job summary

Howden is seeking an Account Handler to join our Private Clients team. You will build rapport with an existing book of High-net-worth clients and collaborate with colleagues to meet objectives.

You will attend meetings, take notes, liaise with insurers, and contribute to renewal presentations and terms. You will be tenacious, curious, and eager to learn, with a path to Cert CII qualification and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and building long lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.
• Passion for excellent customer services and client care.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to support larger accounts from start to finish.
• Tenacious with business curiosity to identify opportunities for existing clients.
• Willingness to learn and work towards Cert CII qualification.
• Consultative approach with active listening to understand client requirements and advise on products.
