Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with new and existing clients, spanning from sole traders to MDs/CEOs, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to hit objectives.

Responsibilities include reviewing client documentation with accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting Commercial Account Executives to achieve renewal targets and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation to support quoting.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure compliance and meet expectations.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and customer satisfaction while meeting FCA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to large organisations' leadership, and work with Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
• Support client service excellence through accurate data handling and proactive follow-up.
