Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join our team and manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills and probate.

The role offers ownership of your own matters, opportunities to develop client relationships, contribute to business development and work in a supportive, professional team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Fee Earner.
• Experience managing a private client caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration; trusts and POA desirable.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness including billing and time recording.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers.
• Progress matters efficiently, keeping clients updated on progress, timescales and costs.
• Maintain accurate case files using the firm's case management systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
• Manage billing, time recording and credit control.
• Support junior team members and participate in meetings.
