Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its growing team. You will manage a varied caseload across wills, probate, and trusts, with a focus on client care and compliance.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cases, work across a broad private client matters, and develop expertise within a supportive firm. PQE of 2+ years is required, with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' PQE in Private Client
• Broad experience across private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
• Handle Wills, probate applications and estate administration
• Deal with lasting powers of attorney and trust administration
• Advise clients on inheritance tax planning
• Provide clear and practical legal advice
• Maintain accurate case records in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements
• Attend client meetings and appointments where required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different offices
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the firm
