Resourcing Group is partnering with a well-established law firm in Wokingham to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

You will manage your own varied caseload, including wills, probate, estate administration and tax planning, with opportunities to supervise and mentor junior fee earners and contribute to the department's development.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience across a broad range of private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Probate and estate administration.
• Tax planning; Trust administration; Court of Protection matters.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Mentor and develop colleagues.
• Support business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
