Job summary

Realm Recruit is representing a well-established Legal 500 firm in Liverpool seeking a Private Client Solicitor (5-8PQE) to join a busy Private Client team.

You will manage your own caseload across wills, probate, estates and trusts, with autonomy and access to senior support, and a strong focus on client care.

The role offers a broad, varied workload, progression opportunities and the flexibility of two days' home working.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 5-8PQE.
• Experience managing your own Private Client caseload.
• Experience across wills, probate and estate matters.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with sensitive and complex matters.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Desirable: Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience.
• Desirable: Agricultural Private Client experience.
• Desirable: Ambition to progress technically and your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own Private Client caseload.
• Advise on wills and estate planning.
• Handle probate and estate administration.
• Work on complex wills.
• Advise on trusts.
• Handle Court of Protection matters.
• Support business owners and agricultural clients.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Work autonomously with senior support available.
• Develop experience across the full Private Client spectrum.
