Chadwick Nott is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy Private Client team in Cullompton. You will manage your own caseload across wills, probate, trust administration and LPA, building strong client relationships in the local area.

The role offers career development, opportunities for business development, and support toward STEP qualification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience handling private client matters and ability to manage own workload.
• Strong communication and client-care skills essential; proactive and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, trust administration and LPA.
• Progress matters from instruction through to completion with accuracy and in line with firm procedures.
• Engage in business development activities to support growth of the private client department.
• Support and development toward STEP qualification where appropriate.
