Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including wills, LPAs, probate and trusts.
• Provide inheritance tax and succession planning advice.
• Advise elderly and vulnerable clients with care and discretion.
• Run your own caseload with autonomy while being supported by an experienced team.
• Deliver exceptional client service in office and at clients' homes as required.
