DJH invites applications for a Private Client Solicitor to join our Estate Planning team. Based in Chester (Ellesmere Port) with flexible hybrid working, you will support clients at important life stages.

You will manage estate administrations, draft Wills, LPAs and Trusts, and work with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional service. This role suits qualified or newly qualified solicitors seeking growth and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified solicitor with Private Client experience.
• Good understanding of estate administration, Wills, LPAs and Trusts.
• Experience with electronic case management systems.
• Able to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate administrations, attorney and trust files with guidance from seniors.
• Draft Wills, LPAs, and Trust documentation for high-net-worth clients and business owners.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a seamless client experience.
