DJH is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Estate Planning team across multiple offices, including Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and Midlands, with one day per week at Head Office. You will handle estate administrations, Wills, LPAs and Trusts for high-net-worth clients in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• Experience in Private Client with estate administration, Wills, LPAs and Trusts.
• Comfort with electronic case management systems.
• Thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment with learning and development.
• Strong communication with high net worth clients in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate administrations, attorney and trust files with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Draft high-quality Wills, LPAs, and Trust documents tailored to high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a seamless client experience.
