Job summary

DJH is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our Estate Planning team. You will handle estate administrations, wills, LPAs and trust documentation, serving high-net-worth clients with a collaborative, multidisciplinary group.

The role offers flexible hybrid working, with offices in Chester, Manchester, Liverpool and Midlands areas, and travel support when needed to stay connected with the Head Office team.

Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified solicitor with Private Client experience
• Experience in estate administration, Wills, LPAs, and Trusts
• Comfort with electronic case management systems
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Manage estate administrations, attorney and trust files with guidance from senior colleagues
• Draft high-quality Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation tailored for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a seamless client experience
