DJH is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our Estate Planning team, handling wills, LPAs and trusts for high-net-worth clients. You’ll manage estate administrations and work with senior colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role supports flexible hybrid working across multiple offices, with travel coverage for office visits. A qualified solicitor with Private Client experience and strong communication will thrive in this collaborative environment.

Formación

• Be a qualified or newly qualified solicitor (or equivalent qualifications and practical experience).
• Proven Private Client experience with estate administration, Wills, LPAs and Trusts.
• Comfortable using electronic case management systems and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for management of estate administrations, attorney and trust files, with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Draft high-quality Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation tailored to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, benefiting from shared expertise across the group to deliver a seamless client experience
