Job summary

DJH is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join our Estate Planning team in Derby. The role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern and exposure to a busy, multidisciplinary environment where client outcomes matter.

You will manage estate administrations, draft Wills, LPAs and Trust documents, and collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver a seamless service to high-net-worth clients and business owners.

Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified solicitor with Private Client experience.
• Strong knowledge of estate administration, Wills, LPAs and Trusts.
• Experience using electronic case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate administrations, attorney and trust files with guidance.
• Draft high-quality Wills, LPAs and Trust documents for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
