Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Cilex/Fee Earner in Cirencester. The role is permanent, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with the possibility to work from home. The firm seeks an experienced lawyer to handle wills, estates, LPAs, and estate planning matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Private Client work, solid advisory skills, and knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. Salary depends on experience and will reflect expertise and market norms.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Private Client work experience.
Strong technical and advisory skills in Private Client matters.
Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax is beneficial.
Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
Excellent communication and attention to detail; ability to market skills and acquire new clients.

Responsibilities

Progress a diverse Private Client caseload including wills, LPAs, administration of Estates, and estate planning.
Advise clients and trustees and maintain strong client relationships.
Run matters efficiently and in compliance with Lexcel standards.
