Job summary

Law Staff is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor/CILEX (4+ PQE) to join the firm. You will handle high-net-worth private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, and estate planning, while working closely with the Head of Department and a respected team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in Private Client required.
• Experience drafting Wills and Trusts, advising on Estate Planning and Tax.
• Ability to handle high-net-worth matters and provide client-focused service.
• Willingness to learn Agricultural Property Relief/Business Property Relief is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advising on Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning; draft Wills and Trusts.
• Prepare Lifetime Trusts and support Trust administration.
• Manage estate administration and ensure reliefs are applied.
• Take client instructions and oversee Lasting Powers of Attorney process.
• Support team and firm’s marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Head of Private Client and other Fee Earners to achieve firm objectives.
• Undertake any other duties as required by the Head of Private Client/Directors.
