Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in private client work with high-net-worth matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Experience drafting Wills and Trusts and advising on tax reliefs.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
• Draft Wills and Trusts and manage Lifetime Trusts administration.
• Oversee estate administration and related relief applications.
• Take client instructions for Lasting Power of Attorney and related steps.
• Support marketing efforts and collaborate with the Head of Private Client.
• Undertake additional duties as required by leadership.
