Job summary

Sewell Mullings Logie are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor/CILEX to join its highly regarded team. The role primarily focuses on administration of estates and the preparation of Wills, LPAs and estate planning, with a varied caseload and client contact in the Cotswolds.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ Private Client experience, strong technical/advisory skills, knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax, and the ability to run a caseload independently with

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience of Private Client work.
• Strong technical and advisory skills in relation to Private Client matters.
• Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including Wills, LPAs, administration of Estates and Estate planning.
• Advise clients and trustees and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Lexcel standards and efficient matter handling.
