Job summary

Iain Nicholson & Co, a private client firm established in 1967, invites applications for a Solicitor to work with Partners on Will, Probate and Estate administration, and Lasting Power of Attorney. Opportunity to develop expertise in complex tax planning, succession matters, and conveyancing.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience, the ability to manage a personal caseload, and delivering outstanding client care to our established client base.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years' experience and ability to manage own caseload.
• Conveyancing experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Partners on Will, Probate and Estate administration and LPA.
• Develop experience in tax planning, succession matters and conveyancing where possible.
• Provide tailored advice and excellent client care to a private client base.

Job description

We are a private client firm founded in 1967 looking to recruit a Solicitor to work closely with Partners on a range of matters including Will, Probate and Estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney with the opportunity to develop your experience in complex tax planning and succession matters and conveyancing.

The role involves working closely with our well-established client base to provide tailored advice and outstanding client care. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years' experience and confidence to work independently and manage their own caseload.

Conveyancing experience is not necessary but would be preferred.

The candidate MUST be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner.

The role is full time and onsite with free nearby parking available.

Salary according to experience.
