Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is representing a well-established Thames Valley law firm in Berkshire seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Client department in Wokingham. You will handle a broad range of matters from Wills to LPAs with strong client care in a supportive, busy team.

The role requires 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law, with independent caseload management and a solid knowledge of estate planning. Hybrid working and car parking are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Experienced in managing your own caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
• STEP qualification or membership would be advantageous
• Previous supervisory or people management experience desirable

Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE looking for a new opportunity in Berkshire? My client, a well-established Thames Valley law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client department.

With a strong flow of quality, high-value work and full‑time secretarial support, this is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a modern, supportive law firm.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax
• Probate and estate administration, including complex and cross-border estates
• Trust creation, administration and advice
