Henderson Scott is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its respected Wills, Trusts and Probate team in Hertfordshire. You will handle wills, probate, trusts, LPA, and IHT planning while building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' PQE specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Strong technical knowledge of private client matters including wills, trusts, estate admin and IHT planning.

The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Inheritance Tax planning

You will provide practical, tailored advice to clients while building long-term relationships and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

The role will also involve supporting business development initiatives and helping to further strengthen the firm's private client offering across the local area.
