Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is partnering with an Oxford-based law firm to recruit a Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor. The role focuses on Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPAs and estate planning for high-net-worth clients, handling a varied caseload and building strong client relationships within a respected team.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years’ PQE in private client law, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP is advantageous.

Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor

Oxford, Oxfordshire | £60,000–£75,000 DOE + Benefits | Hybrid Working

Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 8 years’ PQE to join its respected Oxford team.

You will manage a varied caseload, advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Inheritance Tax Planning.

The Role

• Draft Wills and advise on trusts, succession planning and asset protection
• Manage probate and estate administration matters
• Advise on LPAs and inheritance tax planning
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the department
• Work collaboratively within an experienced, supportive team

About You
