Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a local practice in Epsom. You will manage your own caseload across wills, probate, LPAs and trusts, providing professional advice and client care.

The role offers permanent employment, 28 days holiday, and on-site parking near the train station. Ideally 5 full days, with flexibility to 4 days or shorter days.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.

Working pattern: ideally 5 full days, however, could consider 4 days minimum or 5 shorter days

Standard Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our client's local practice.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.
• An ability to build relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
