Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to manage wills, probate, trusts and LPAs while building strong client relationships across London and the Southeast.

You’ll work in a supportive, non-hierarchical firm with flexible and hybrid working options, rewarding career development, and access to development academies and coaching. You’ll grow your caseload at your own pace within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor with 2PQE+ in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs.
• Excellent client care skills and a calm, professional approach.
• Organised, motivated, and keen to develop your career within a supportive firm.

You'll join an established Private Client team within a progressive, non-hierarchical law firm with a strong reputation across London and the Southeast. Working closely with colleagues and clients, you'll handle a varied caseload while delivering clear, practical advice during some of life's most important moments.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising clients with empathy and clarity, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices in London and the Southeast
• Supporting business development through networking and client engagement opportunities

We're looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor with 2PQE+ in private client law
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs
• Excellent client care skills and a calm, professional approach
• Someone organised, motivated, and keen to develop their career within a supportive firm
