Job summary

Law Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their Weybridge office. The role offers career progression in a friendly, focused environment with long term prospects.

You will handle Probate and Wills work, including lasting powers of attorney, and manage a full caseload with strong billing performance. Salary £50,000–£60,000, with office-based work initially and probationary flexibility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate.
• Ability to handle and manage a full caseload.
• Proven billing track record and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Probate: handle new enquiries, take instructions, prepare inheritance tax forms and administration accounts.
• Wills: draft and execute wills, manage execution and updates.
• Lasting powers of attorney: advise and implement LPAs as needed.
