Law Staff is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor (1–3 years PQE) to join a long-established firm in Weybridge. You will manage private client matters with a friendly, client-focused approach.

Key duties include probate, wills, and lasting powers of attorney; you should have a proven billing track record, excellent communication and organizational skills. The role starts office-based with flexibility after probation, and offers a bonus structure plus pension and training programs.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1–3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate.
• Ability to handle and manage a full caseload.
• Proven track record of billing consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Probate – handling new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms and administration accounts.

• Probate - dealing with new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms, preparing administration accounts

• Lasting powers of attorney

Qualifications and Experience for this Private Client Solicitor role:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate
