Job summary

A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive role is available in Leeds city centre within a well-established law firm. You will handle private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, estates, Court of Protection and trusts, running cases from instruction to settlement.

You will own your caseload with a focus on quality client care and efficient progression in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE solicitor or equivalent experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Liaise with clients and third parties
• Conduct legal research
• Strong experience in managing caseloads independently
• Highly professional manner
• Organisations skills are essential

Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive- Yeadon

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or a Legal Executive to join a well-established law firm based in Leeds City Centre. The firm is particularly interested in applications from confident self-starters who are not afraid to hit the ground running and offers flexible and agile working, together with a positive work-life balance.

As a solicitor in the Wills and Estate team, you will be assisting clients with the full range of private client matters including wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, Court of Protection and trusts. You will run the cases from initial instruction stage through to settlement.

You’ll take ownership of your own caseload. With a strong focus on quality client care and efficient case progression, you’ll play an important role within a highly experienced team.

About you/The role
