Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in West Yorkshire with 2+ years of PQE to join a well-regarded firm offering flexible and remote working. You will handle a varied, high-quality caseload from instruction through to completion.

The role involves advising on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, trusts, and estate planning. Excellent client care and business development are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client matters.
• Experience handling wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
• Experience with high net worth estates is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

• Suitable for Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client law.
• Experience advising on a broad range of private client matters is essential.
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and complex estates would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship management skills required.
